To celebrate the 100th birthday of Thelonious Monk, NYC Winter Jazzfest is hosting a concert of solo, duo, trio and other performances of the 1965 album, "Solo Monk". I am one of the 12 improvisers playing the full album from start to finish in unplanned combinations.
